Nicola Lodge, who had worked at Aquarius Homes on both the lettings and sales side for almost 5 years before taking co-ownership of the business, is the Sales Director and her son, Mark Lodge, is Managing Director.
Nicky and Mark are a 9th and 10th generation Combe Down family and both play an active role in the local charity, youth and sporting scenes. This connection to the village, in which the office of Aquarius Homes is based, has facilitated the ability to give a unique insight into living in the local and surrounding areas for perspective buyers.
